KIRTLINGTON. Thomas, fitz-Fulk , grants to John, fitz-Clement of Kylinton, that messuage in Kirlinton which William the clerk held of the said Thomas, and one acre of land above Ruemere, and another acre of land in Waterfelde. Rent: 1 lb of pepper at Michaelmas: if it is not paid then he shall pay a hen on the morrow of Michaelmas. For this grant John has paid one mark and done homage. Witness: Gilbert son of Helias , Ralph son of Geoffrey , Geoffrey his brother, William hostiarius , Ingram of Kirlintona , William hosarius of Oseni , William son and heir of the grantor, Ralph son of Fulk brother of the grantor, Matthew brother of the grantor, Vincent of Kirlintona , Robert his brother, Hugh of Wicchilla , Richard of Sarci .
