Snottescombe, and John Irmongere of Daventre , plaintiffs, and John Perkyn and Matilda his wife, deforciants, concerning two messuages and 4 1/2 acres of land in Daventre and Drayton, namely that the said John and Matilda quitclaim all their right in consideration of the receipt of 20 marks.
