Benedict, the prior, and the convent of Tippetre grant and confirm to Henry de Tregoz , for his homage and service, one field of land called 'Brocfeld,' in the parish of Tolleshunt-Tregoz, and one angle of land which lies between Brocfeld and the way towards Tollesbire, which Hugh, son of Nicholas holds, paying annually to the said prior and convent 2s. (c. 1220-30.)
