THETFORD (Priory of). Letter of Baldrick, archdeacon of Leicester , reciting a convention between the monks of Tetford and Hugh the priest, concerning 2 parts of the tithes of the lordship of William, son of Herbert of Tuick' [Twycross] , made before him, viz. that the said Hugh shall hold the said tithes of the monks of Thetford for an annual rent of 3s. (c. 1160.)
