Indenture made 1 July, 35 Hen. VIII (1543), by which Robert Sharpe, tallowchandler of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), and John Swanton, brewer, keepers of the lands and tenements of Candlemas Guild, demise to Thomas Lacy of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund) a messuage in the Marketsted of Bury St Edmunds (Bury) aforesaid, for 20 years, at an annual rent of 33s. 4d.
