Indenture by which William Stowe, master of the hospital of St. Nicholas of Bury St. Edmund, with the assent of his brethren, demises to William Somere of Bury St Edmunds (Bury), taylor, a tenement in Bury St Edmunds (Bury) in the street called le Estgatestrete for 98 years, at an annual rent of 3s. Dated at Bury St Edmunds (Bury), 5 February, 38 Hen. VI (1460).
