John, the prior of Gyseburn in Clyveland, and the convent of the same, demise to farm to William Rypplyngham, burgess of Kyngeston on Hull , one tenement with a garden lying in the north part of the cemetery of the chapel of Holy Trinity, for 60 years, at an annual rent of 22s. Dated at Gyseburn, 3 Feb., 1430.
