FOSTON, &c. Indenture made between Peter Hykson of London of the one part, and William Holburne of Beuerlee of the other, by which the latter is bound in 100 marks for the safe custody and delivery to the right heirs of certain evidences concerning lands, &c. in Foston, Gemelyng, Befforth, and elsewhere in the county of York, which formerly belonged to Richard Clerk of Gemelyng , and Thomas Fryrsmerske and Alice his wife, and are to be given to their heirs or to the heirs of Thomas Skyrom or John Groward .
