Matilda, wife of John de Beauchamp ("Bellocampo") of Schorham , grants to the church of St. Bartholomew of the Causeway, Arundel, twenty [shillings] from a messuage which Bernard de H ..ha her father, gave to the canons to provide a light in the church at the altar of the Blessed Virgin, of which he had in dowry with his wife Matilda, mother of the above said Matilda; paying annually 6d. c. 1240-50.
