Indenture made 3 Nov., 17 Eliz., by which Mr. Edward Hawford, D.D., master of Christ's College, Cambridge , and the fellows of the same, demise to Robert Colet, citizen and bowyer of London , their manor of Bourne in the county of Cambridge, with the parsonage of the same, &c., for 58 years, at an annual rent of £28.
