CULPHO and TUDNAM. Indenture made 20 December, 1572, 15 Elizabeth, by which Robert King of Ipswich (Ipswick), in consideration of a marriage between himself and Anne Withepoll and 200 marks, covenants with Edmund Withepoll of Ipswich (Ipswick) to assure to the said Anne £20 annually from lands in Culpho (Culphoe) and Tuddenham St Martin (Tudnam), co. Suff.

DEBACH. William Gouthe of Clopton (Cloptone), on the vigil of Easter, 31 Ed. I, grants to John, son of Alexander Norman of Clopton (Cloptone) , one piece of land in the parish of Debach, to the sum of 6s. for four years, paying afterwards one mark annually.

DEBENHAM and ASPAL. Thomas Bedyngfeld, William Pakke of Bedingfield (Bedyngfeld), William Revet of Rishangles (Ryshanglys) and Robert Chittyng, late of Southolt (Southall), demise to Robert Lyis of Aspall (Aspale), Jane Pecot, late the wife of Matthew Pecot, and others, lands, tenements, &c. in Debenham (Debynham) and Aspall (Aspale). ⟨Elveden (?)⟩. Walter, son of Warine son of ... of Elveden (Elvedune) grants to [Peter?] son of Thomas of Elveden (Elvedene), certain lands for [40s.?] and 3d. paying 4d. annually. [Partly effaced.] (c. 1250-60)

William de Lerlingge, rector of the church of Larling (Lerlinge), grants to Richard de Lerlinge and William and Robert his sons ("meis"), his messuage in Elveden (Elvedene). [Temp. Ed. I.] (c. 1280-90?) .

EUSTON. Edmund Rokewoode of Euston, esq., son and heir of Roger Rokewoode, late of Euston, confirms to master William Fotere, clerk, the whole of his manor of Euston with the advowson of the church. Dated and signed at Euston, 20 August, 5 Hen. VIII (1513).

An exemplification of a recovery inrolled Easter term, 20 and 21 Henry VIII, Roll 104, by which Richard Candysshe, William Latymer, John Valentyne, Robert Goodwyn, and Robert Dobet impleaded Robert Brounde concerning the manors of Payton hall, Russells (Russells in Fakenham), and Russells (Russells in Chesylford), with appurtenances, and likewise certain land, brushwood, rent, &c. in Falkenham (Fakenham), Chillesford (Chesylford), Bawdsey (Bewedesey), Alderton, Sutton, Shottisham (Shatesham), Kirton (Kyrton), Walton, Orford, Whavensden, Sudbourne (Sudborn), Rampfold, and Ipswich. FOXHALL, CODDENHAM, CRETING, and STONHAM. Sir Thomas Pope, kt., for a certain consideration gives seisin to sir John Jermy, kt., the manors of Foxhall, Coddenham St Johns (Codenham), Creeting All Saints (Creting), and Stonham, formerly possessions of the priory of the St. Trinity at ⟨Ipswich⟩. Framlingham. Richard de Swynbume, master of the grammar schools of Framlingham, and Joan his wife, daughter of Geoffrey Dynes, grant to John de Paston of the same place one piece of pasture called 'Herstwelille.' GROTON. Nicholas Cokerel of Groton (Groten) grants to Henry Melksop of Milden (Melding) for 15s. one piece of arable land in the village of Groton (Groten). (c. 1270-80.)

CRETINGHAM. Richard Flur(?) grants to sir Roger le Denays of Cretingham (Gretingham), the lady Matilda his wife, William le Denays their son and his wife and Roger his son, and others, for 6 marks of silver sterling, certain land in the village of Creeting St Peter (Stepel Creeting)(?). HAVERHILL, &o. Thomas Master, clerk, rector of Somerleyton (Somerleton), and Roger Page of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), grant to John Aleyn and 26 others the whole of the messuage in which the father of the said Thomas lately dwelt, with all the lands, &c. to the same messuage pertaining, also all the lands formerly John Kelyng's, also the lands of John Payne which were afterwards the said Thomas Master's in the villages and fields of Haverhill, Kedington (Kedyngton), Little Wratting, and Helions Bumpstead (Bumpsted Helyon), in the counties of Suffolk and Essex.
