Ralph de Pleiz grants in frankalmoigne to the monks of St. Pancras the church of Iford with its appurtenances and the marl-pit; also he quit-claims to them Kenewardus and all his progeny; also he grants the churches of Toftes and Syrefort, and whatever he has in the church of Feltewell and the tithes of his lordship there, and the land which Geroldus, son of Wlmar , held in Felthewell for which he was accustomed to pay annually 32d., and confirms what his ancestors gave to the said church in frankalmoigne.
