Marriage settlement between Thomas, duke of Norfolk and Henry, earl of Arundel on the proposed marriage of Thomas Howard, earl of Surrey, cousin and heir apparent of the said duke, to Mary, one of the daughters of the said earl, in which the earl undertakes to convey the manors of Michelham Parkgate (Mychelham, Parkgate), Sternfeld, Downash (Downask )and others in the county of Sussex. 6 April 1 Q.
