Final concord, dated on the octave of St. Michael, 21 James I, between John Utber, gent., plaintiff, and Philip Hayward, gent., and Gislaham Wolhowse, gent., and Elizabeth his wife, defendants, concerning 80 acres of land and two acres of pasture in Lowestoft (Lowstoft), for which the plaintiff gives them £100.

Ellen Peereson of Great Yarmouth (Great Yarmuth, co. Norfolk), spinner, sells to Thomas Harman of Mutford, gent., and Hubert Cruxe the whole of a piece of land containing three roods in the village of Lowestoft (Leystoft). Dated at Lowestoft (Leystoft), 14 April, 1624.

Richard Kerych of Oulton (Olton), John Fuston and others grant to William Jetor and others a messuage in the village of Oulton (Olton) and a piece of land called 'Piswellesacre,' with other land which they had by charter dated 26 November, 16 Hen. VII. Dated 26 March, 19 Hen. VII (1504).

William, son of Pagan, grants to Roger, son of Osbert, for his homage and service and 4 marks of silver, the whole of a piece of land in Somerleyton (Sumerletun), to hold the same by the free service of 6d. annually. (c. 1220-30.)

Robert Snelling of Manethorpe grants to John, son of Robert de Manethorp, for his homage and service and 9s. of silver, one rood of land in the field of Somerleyton (Sumerletune). (c. 1230-40.)

Peter, son of Roger, son of Osbert, grants to Adam, son of Stephen Gurle of Manethorp , 1½ acre of marsh in the village of Somerleyton (Sumerletun), saving pasture in the said marsh to him and his heirs, in exchange for half a mark and another piece of marsh in the same village. (c. 1250-60.)

Fulke, formerly "messor" ("Fues") of Somerleyton (Sumerletone), grants to Robert Asman of Great Yarmouth (Little Gernemut) sixpence of annual rent which Adam, son of Geoffrey, son of the chaplain of Flixton St Andrew (Flixton) , and Juliana his wife were accustomed to pay him for two pieces of land in Somerleyton (Sumerletune).
