Mutilated indenture, dated 5 July, 16 Hen. VIII, between sir Robert Ughtred, kt., of the one part, and Symon Webb of London , and William Challoner , of the other, witnesseth that the said sir Robert has sold to the said Symon and William his manors of Lepington and Barthorpe. Simon Webbe and William Chaloner grant to sir Henry Wyatt, kt., John Zowche of Codnours, knight, and others the manors of Lepyngton and Barthorp. Dated 20 July, 16 Hen. VIII.

Thomas Wyott , George Zowche , and William Webbe remit and quit-claim to Henry Wyott and John Zouche, kts., all right in the manors of Lepyngton and Barthorpe, and in lands &c. in Lepyngton, Barthorpe, and North Dalton. Dated 1 July, 18 Hen. VIII.
