Indenture made between (1) Sir Thomas Sherley the elder of Wyston, Sussex, and Pexall Brocas of Steventon, Hampshire, married to Margaret Sherley, daughter of Sir Thomas, ten parts to be divided into twelve parts of manor of Bewreper, Hampshire, Bradstock, Wiltshire, manor of Steventon, Hampshire, also the rectory, parsonage and advowson of Steventon, entail, to his son Thomas Brocas and his heirs male.

Exemplification of a final concord levied in 1651 (completing a previous imperfect Fine of 1633), by which Thomas and Elizabeth Brocas sold the manor of Bradenstoke cum Clacke, Wiltshire, the manors of Bulsden cum Bentworth and Roch Court, with other lands, etc., in Bulsden cum Bentworth, North Fareham, Mayles, Titchfield, Quabbe, Prolingworth and Wickham, in Hampshire, for £1000 to the Lady Margaret Brocas.
