John, son of the late William de Horkesle , grants to the prior and monks of Horkesle all claim in one acre of meadow which he holds of them under the park of Wysetone in le Wenesmedwe, as well against his wife Christiana in regard of dowry as against others. Philip de Wistone, chaplain, grants to Agnes, daughter of John of Dunham , his niece, the whole of his messuage, &c. formerly Geoffrey Langelec 's in the parish of Wistone. Dated at Wiston the Sunday next after the feast of St. Andrew, 3 Ed. III.
Certificate of Nicholas Derman, bachelor of decrees, stating that at the Visitation of John, bishop of Norwich, held at Ipswich 20 Jan. 1418 (?), the prior and convent of Horkesle produced their evidences of the appropriation of the church of Wyston to their priory. Dated same day.
