Richard Ancelme, abbot &c. of Winchelcombe lease to Walter Walshe of Elmeley (Wyssetur) Esq., the parsonage of Enston with all lands &c. as Busby Marten Arden and William Rugely had it, for 70 years, after the term of Elinor Rugely who is now in possession. Rents: £18/13/4; £10, as is customary, to the vicar; 13/4, 2 quarters of wheat and 2 quarters of barley to the dean; 6/8 to the archdeacon of Oxford.
