BUCKNELL. An exemplification of a fine levied at Westminster on the morrow of Ascension Day, 22 Ed. III, between William de Peek, clerk, plaintiff, and sir Richard Damory, kt., defendant, concerning the church of Bukenhull, granted to the said William in consideration of 100 marks of silver paid to the said Richard. Dated at Wodestok, 12 May, 20 Ed. III.

Indenture made at Oseney on the feast of the invention of the Cross, 15 Hen. VI, witnesseth, that Thomas Hokenorton, the abbot, and convent of Oseney, have demised to sir Thomas Darsy, rector of Boknhul , two parts of their tithes of land of the demesne of the manor of Bucknell, for the life of the said Thomas; paying annually 13s. 4d.
