Final concord made between John [de Middilton] on one part, and Roger and Phylippa [de Lancaster], Nich. and Margery [Corbet], Walter and Alice [Huntercomb], and Hugh and Matilda[Delaval] on the other part [all these wives were daughters and heirs of Hugh del Bolebech, who died 46 Hen. III] made at Newcastle on Tyne concerning certain lands in the Hamell del Ryding, Middilton, Walington and the Hamell of Thornburth, with annual payment to Tephany de Bolebech of 12s. 6d. (mutilated).
