ESTROP, co. Northampton. Ralph Bulge of Purston grants to the church and canons of St. Mary, Oseney, the donation which Matthew de Stratton, archdeacon of Bucks , made to them of lands, rents, and tenements, which he had of his fee in the village and fields of Estrop, paying annually to him and his heirs l0d. for all services; also he grants to them the donation which Walter Lefeye and Isabella his wife made to them of a certain plot, and 39 acres of arable land in the fields of Estrop, at an annual rent of 2s. (c. 1260-70.) .

Matilda, daughter of Ralph Bulge of Purston , grants to William, the abbot, and canons of St. Mary, Oseney, in frankalmoigne, a messuage with a curtilage which she had of the gift of Ralph her father, and confirmed by Ralph Bulge her uncle, in the village of Estrop; paying annually for all service one penny. (c. 1250-60.) .

Ralph Bulge of Purston, jun., grants to William, the abbot, and canons of St. Mary, Oseney, in frankalmoigne, an annual rent of one penny, which was accustomed to be paid to him by sir Jordan, the chaplain, for 2 messuages which he held of him in Estrop; also another rent of 1d., which Hugh de Lyons ("Leonibus") and Matilda his wife were accustomed to pay for a messuage in the same village. (c. 1270-80.)

Final concord made at Westminster on the morrow of All Souls ... between Henry de ... and Ralph Bulge , by which the said Ralph grants certain land in Estrop to the abbot and convent of Oseney, in frankalmoigne. (c. 1275-76.) [Mutilated.] .

Ralph Pilecoc son of Ralph de Purston grants to Osney Abbey a messuage, etc., in Estrop, and confirms a grant in Estrop of Matthew de Stratton, archdeacon of Buckingham, Walter Lefeya and Isabel his wife. [c. 1280]
