Bury St Edmunds. 1606. Receipt from Hemye Wright, of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St Edmond, Suffolk), gent., to Dame Elizabeth Kytson, Sir John Hobart, Edmund Bacon, esq., James Artys and John Mallowes (executrix and trustees), of the receipt for £102.10, owing to him under bond, by the late Sir Thomas Kytson, of Hengrave (Hengrave, Suffolk). Before his death he had conveyed the manors of Durweston and Knighton (Knighton in Dorset) to the four trustees above to be sold according to the terms of his will and the direction of his executrix. They were sold to Sir Edward Coke, chief justice of the common pleas.
