John Herte, the elder, of Waldringfield (Waldryngfeld) sells to William Lambe all the house and lands and cattle which the said John holdeth in Waldringfield (Waldryngfeld); for provision of meat, drink and clothing for him and his wife for thier lives and remission of a debt of 20s. The executors of the will of John Sydey deceased, viz. William Holmes and others, feoffees, under the will of Robert Parker, confirm a sale of one croft of land, called Upstretecroft, with a toft or garden within the same in Great Waldingfield (Great Waldingfeld), which the executors of Robert Parker had made to Robert Crane, esq., and John Waspe. Dated 6 Sept., 18 Hen. VIII (1526).
