Public instrument witnessing that in the Cathedral church of York, Thomas Salby, vicar of Preston-in-Craven gave power of attorney to Master William Malster, Doctor of Decrees, canon of York , John Worseley, Bachelor of Laws, William Brandon , John Gysburne and John Haymer, clerks, in a case before the archbishop concerning his vicarage. 10 May 1455.
