STANTON. Katherine Busshop, lately the wife of John Busshop of Stanton, deceased, grants to Edmund Man of Stanton, John Shepherd of Bridgham (Bredgeham), and John Fyce of Stanton, a messuage and land called Tabbards in exchange for one piece of land of 8 acres and one rood lying in Stanton. Dated at Stanton, 9 March, 9 Ed. IV (1469).

Fine and recovery by which Bartholomew Bretenham and Cristina his wife convey to John Coke and Ralph Wyreham their right in a messuage, 140 acres of land, 6 acres of meadow, 20 acres of pasture, 10 acres of wood, and a rent of 4s. 6d, with appurtenances in Stentoun and Floktoun, to be held of the said John and Ralph by the said Bartholomew and Cristina for life, rendering yearly a roseö with remainder to the said John and Ralph, and the heirs of John.
