Simon Aylof and Thomas Colman of Great Waldingfield (Great Waldingfeld) grant to Hugh Frere of the same place and Juliana his wife a messuage and land in Great Waldingfield (Great Waldingfeld), they paying to the said Simon and Thomas £15 16s. 8d. by 24 yearly payments of 13s. 4d.
