Charter by which .... of Coddenham (Codenham) grants to Thomas Havele of Coddenham (Codenham) all his lands, pasture, &c. in the villages of Coddenham (Codenham), Creeting All Saints, and Creeting St Mary (Creeting St. Mary). Dated at Coddenham (Codenham) the Sunday next after the feast of SS. Tiburtius and Valerian, martyrs, 3 Hen. IV.

Thomas Aldham and John Styward demise to Roger Fathare of Coddenham (Codenham) their tenement called Thedewares and all their other lands &c. in Coddenham (Codenham), Creeting St Mary (Creeting St. Mary), Creeting St Olave (St. Olave) and Creeting All Saints (All Saints), and Crowfield (Croffeld), which they, with others, had by feoffment of Robert Dennys, rector of ..., excepting the tenements called Spakes, Besauntes, and Haselyngfeldis. Dated at Coddenham (Codenham), 6 July 9 Hen. IV (1408).

Sir George Felbrygge, kt., quit-claims to Simon Felbrygge and Roger Dreury, knts. all his right in certain lands &c. which were lately John Jaune's, parson of the church of Glemsford (Glemesford), in the villages of Coddenham (Codenham), Creeting All Saints (Cretyngge All Saints), Creeting St Mary (Cretyngge St. Mary), and Creeting St Olave (Cretyngge St. Olave), excepting meadows lying in the Great Meadows called Schaldeford, etc.. Dated at Coddenham (Codenham) the Tuesday next before the feast of St. Matthew, apostle, 14 Hen. IV.

Sir George Fylbrygge, kt., William Wallere and William Petystre remit and quit-claim to Robert Dennys, rector of Shottisham (Schatesham), all their right and claim in all lands, rents, and services in the villages of Coddenham (Codenham), Creeting St Mary (Creeting St. Mary), Creeting All Saints, Creeting St Olave (Creeting St. Olave), and Crowfield (Croffeld). Dated 26 July, 3 Hen. V (1415).

Sir Simon Felbrigge and sir Roger Drury, kts., demise to William Wallere, William Petystre, and Robert, parson of Shottisham (Schatesham), all the lands &c. in Coddenham (Codynham), Creeting All Saints (Creting All Saints), Creeting St Mary (Creeting St. Mary), and Creeting St Olave (Creeting St. Olive), which were lately John Jaune's, parson of Glemsford. Dated at Coddenham (Codynham) the Monday next before the feast of St. Gregory the pope, 14 Hen. VI.

John Smyth demises to John Crane, Robert Hotot, and others all his lands &c. in the parishes of Creeting All Saints (Cretynge All Saints), Creeting St Mary (Cretynge St. Mary), Creeting St Olave (Cretynge St. Olave), and Coddenham (Codenham). Dated at Creeting All Saints (Cretynge All Saints) ....adie, 24 Hen. VI.

John atte Mersshe of Creeting All Saints (Cretyngge All Saints) grants to Richard atte Merssh his son and Robert Wighte of Colchester certain lands and tenements, &c. in the parishes of Creeting All Saints, Creeting St Mary (Creeting St. Mary), Coddenham (Codenham), and Crowfield (Crowfeld). William Crane of Coddenham (Codenham) lets to farm to Robert de Bradestrete of Creeting All Saints (Creting All Saints) one tenement in the parish of Creeting St Mary (Creting St. Mary) called Soherthe..., for 20 years at an annual rent of 40s. and 10d. Dated on the day of the decoll. of St. John Baptist, 8 Hen. IV.

Edmund Langeman of Coddenham (Codenham) grants to John Colman, sen., son of John Colman of Coddenham (Codenham), one annual rent of 5s. going out of those lands and tenements in Creeting St Mary (Cretyng St Mary) and Creeting All Saints (All Saints). Dated at Coddenham (Codenham) the Saturday in the feast of the Translation of St. Thomas, martyr, 9 Hen. VI.
