Juliana, relict of Adam, formerly porter of Oseney , in her widowhood, grants to the church and canons of Oseney the whole of her part of the land which was her husband's in the parish of St. Thomas the martyr, which belongs to her by reason of dower. (c. 1220.) [See Ch. 525b.] .

In the 41st Hen. III, on the feast of St. Laurence, a convention was made between sir Richard, the abbot, and convent of Oseney, on the one part, and Hugh de Burgo le Mazun and Joan his wife of the other, viz. that the abbot and convent grant to the said Hugh and Joan his wife that messuage with appurtenances in the parish of St. Thomas the martyr, which is between the land of William de Foulewell, le lingedraper, and the land which was sometime Adam's the porter, to hold the same for ever, paying annually 10s. sterling. Witnesses. sir Nicholas de Henred, then sheriff of Oxon , William de Mildecumb, clerk, etc.

In the 41 Henry III, on the feast of the apostles SS. Peter and Paul, a convention was made between Richard the abbot and convent of Oseney of the one part, and William de Foulewell, le lingedraper, of the other, namely, that the said abbot and convent demise to the said William that messuage with appurtenances in the parish of St. Thomas the martyr, which William de Doddeford formerly lived in, for ever, at an annual rent of l0s. sterling. Oxford, St. Mary Magdalene Roger of Cumnor grants to his son Henry all his tenements in St. Thomas’s and St. Mary Magdalene. Witnesses: Richard le Deveneys, Robert Granchaunt, Nicholas de Overtone, John le Furbour, William att Kornere, Henry of Eynesham, John of Borshulle. ⟨1260–70.⟩

Oxford, St. Thomas parish. The provincial Prior authorizes John de Ropha to ratify an agreement between Oseney and the Carmelites. July 24, 1257.

Oxford, St. Thomas parish. The Oseney abbey, in return for a payment of 16s., agrees that the land lately acquired by the Carmelites shall be free of tithe. Oct. 31, 1282.
