Thomas de la Grave, son of Fulco de la Grave, repeats his gift of a meadow that Gaufridus, son of Durandus holds, and confirms his father's gift to Oseney. c. 1195-98.
Sesswell's Barton (Barton Odonis). Odo, son of Unfridi de Bertona grants to Roger, son of Hugo, a virgate in Barton which William Hiberniensis held. He also grants him an acre under Ramford bridge, and two acres above Ramford bridge between the land of William Foliot and the streatm at Ramford; to be held for ever, rendering 3s. a year. For this Roger gave him half a mark, and to John his son and heir two shillings. Witnesses. c. 1192.
Hook Norton. Henry d'Oyly, son of Henry d'Oyly, confirms to Oseney the donations made by Hugh de Tywa in Stanhale, by Philip de Hamtona and Leonard de Whitefeld in Cleydona, and many others. 1182-85.
Basilia de Danmartyn, widow of Roger de Cundero grants to Osney Abbey 3/- yearly while she lives. Witnesses: John de Oilli, and John her son, and William her son, Zarvale de Middelton, William the reeve. ⟨c. 1130–c. 1150.⟩
Chirograph, written by the hand of Samson de Albineio of a composition between the church of Fountains and the church of Messaham for the annual payment by the former to the latter for the Easter light of 6d. worth of wax for the tithe of land called Aldeburch, ...(?) a payment because there was not much arable land there when it was first given to the monks, but afterwards they sowed almost the whole. Aug., 5th year of his pontificate (i.e. 1196), to the abbots of Kirkstall and Suanesbi and R., prior of Malton, for settlement. .

On the reverse is a Latin glossary, A to F, of some words, chiefly of ecclesiastical use. [Written circa 1150-60.] One letter is a complaint against Amfred Butteturte for unjust appropriation of advowson etc. of the five churches of Castre; another, a complaint of the abbot and Roger de Valanes against Aveline wife of H. de Ri for removing the church of St. Helen at Randeworth to another site. Seven other documents relate to Ranworth.
