Oxford, St. Martin's parish. Robert de Witefeld grants to Oseney certain lands in Oxford. 1188-95. [The writing of the deed cannot be original; the seal seems to be genuine, but Robert de Witefeld had another seal, a kinght on horseback, about 2 inches in diameter, of which a drawing is known].

Oxford, St. Martin's parish. Robert de Witefeld grants to Oseney a quitrent from the garden of the bishop of Norwich. 1188-95. The seal is wanting, but the remains of the wax on the tag that it was not an equestrian seal.

Oxford, St. Martin's parish. Juliana, daughter of Ralf, grants to John Kepeharm the land between William Tres and Robert Biset. Before 1195. [In B. the heading of this deed is 'de terra Iuliane, antequam nostra esset'. If this is correct this deed is before 1195. Possibly MS. D. D. Ch. Ch. O. 404 grants to Oseney the six shillings here mentioned.]
