Indenture made between (1) Sebastian Smith, Doctor in Divinity, Precentor of Wells Cathedral, Somerset, and (2) Robert Rowley of Wells, gent., being a lease for three lives (those of Robert Rowley and Edward Rowley and Thomas Rowley, his sons, of three tenements, three shambles and a vacant plot in the High Street, Wells.
