Emeric Pauncefot, kt., brother and heir of Grymbald Pauncefot , grants to Walter de la Mor, son of the late John [de la Mor] of Cowarne [Much Cowarne or Little Cowarne] a messuage, land, and common of pasture in Wydenham in the vill and manor of Hasfeld. Dated at Madersfeld on the vigil of Pentecost, 9 Ed. II. [Slightly mutilated.] .

Letters patent of King Charles II, dated at Westminster, 6th October, 35 of his reign, conferring the deanery of Worcester upon George Hicks, S.T.P., vacant by the promotion of William Thomas to the bishopric of St. David's.

HADSOR. Avicia de Mauns, lady of Haddesovre , for the health of her soul, grants to the master and brethren of St. Wolstan one . . . . . by the hands of John, son of Alan , to hold to them in frankalmoigne for ever. (c. 1210-20.) [Mutilated.]

WORCESTER. Robert de Spechleia grants to the brethren and sisters of the hospital of St. Wolstan his windmill and the site of the same above the mountain of Crestethull without the gate of Suthebur', paying annually four 'cronnocos' from the corn 'de multure' of the said mill. (c. 1220-30.)

THORNDON. Adam le Butiller grants to the hospital of St. Wlstan one load of corn annually at Thorndon, at the feast of All Saints, (c. 1220-30?) .

WORCESTER. Robert Batayle, citizen of Worcester , grants to Robert, the porter of the bishop, a certain messuage which he took in fee of Margery Hardred , situated in Bridewritte strete, Worcester, paying to him and his heirs annually 4d. Witnesses Pagen Burgeys, William le Dusere , bailiffs of Worcester, etc. (c. 1260-70.)

Richard de Aclege grants to the hospital of St. Wlstan, Worcester, an annual rent of 2s. in ⟨Dor⟩monsi⟨ton⟩ (c. 1230.) .

CAVERNSTAKE. Matilda, relict of Reginald .... grants to the brethren and sisters of the hospital of St. Wolstan, in frankalmoigne, the whole of that part of a meadow in Northale in the manor of Cavernestok which she had of the gift of the said Reginald.

CHADDLESWICK. William le Norreis of Chadleswich grants to the house of the hospital of St. Wlstan, and the brethren and sisters there, in frankalmoigne, a tenement which Geoffrey Berde held, and a selion of land in Sidenhale towards Haliwell, and one meadow called Hechelesmedwe, for ever. (c. 1240-50.)

Agnes le Norreis grants to the house of the hospital of St. Wlstan, and the brethren, sisters, and sick there, in frankalmoigne, a certain part of her land in the manor of Chadleswich, namely, that called Stonidale, which lies between the land of her sister Cristina and the land of Ysouda her other sister, together with two other parcels of land, and 4 selions, forever, (c. 1250-60.)

Walter de Wredenl...e, master, and the brethren of the hospital of St. Wlstan grant to Robert Alewy one salt-pit, which Peter Grovepit (?) formerly held of ...., paying annually 4 loads of salt (c. 1270-80.)

HINDLIP. Geoffrey de Abetot, lord of Hindelupe , grants to St. Wolstan's, in frankalmoigne, for his soul and that of his late wife Elena, the whole of his land under 'Olde' for ever. (c. 1270) .

Geoffrey de Abitot, lord of Hyndelep , with the consent of Alexander his son and heir, grants to the preceptor and brethren of St. Wolstan's, in frankalmoigne, all right in a piece of land which lies under Holdebury. (c. 1270-80.) [Mutilated and partly effaced.] .

Geoffrey Abitot, lord of Hendelep , grants to the preceptor and brethren of St. Wolstan 9d. of annual rent which he was accustomed to receive in the town of Worcester, in the street called Brideport, from a tenement of the said preceptor and brethren by the hands of Hugh Longchamp , for ever, (c. 1270-80.)

ALCRETON. Thomas de Wyttone, chaplain, son of William de Wyttone , grants to the house of St. Wlstan, in frankalmoigne, two acres of land in Alcretone, which he had by the gift of William Galyer. Witness. Laurence de Wendleswiche, sheriff. (1240-1.)

William le Braci, lord of Warmedone , quitclaims to the preceptor and brethren of the hospital of St. Wolstan all his right to one culture lying under Oldebure in the manor of Hindelep. (c. 1280-90) .

Henry Abetot of Alkerton grants to the preceptor of St. Wlstan, in frankalmoigne, a certain part of his land in the fields of Alkerton, viz. that which is called 'Wyboldeshale,' for ever. (c. 1250.) .

Henry Abetot of Alcreton grants to the house of the hospital of St. Wlstan, and the brethren, sisters and sick there, in frankalmoigne, two 'seeiliones' of land in Alcreton, and a plot of land in 'Scynardeshul,' for ever. (c. 1240-50.)

Richard le Seinter, citizen of Worcester, son and heir of Henry le Seynter , remits and quit-claims to the master and brethren of the hospital of St. Wlstan all right in 2s. of annual rent from a certain house which was Agnes le Meylour 's, in the city of Worcester in the street of Sodebury , also another 2s. annual rent from a house which was Margery de Bruera's of Newyntone without Sodebury gate, about which there had been a dispute in the court of the city. For this quitclaim the master and brethren gave to the said Richard 16s. Witnesses Richard Coles , Adam de Pidele , bailiffs of Worcester, etc.(c. 1250-60.)
