Grant from John de Beuelers of Needham Street (Nedham) to Walter Persoun of Moulton (Multone) and Beatrice his wife, for a certain sum of money, of half the lands and tenements held by him in the parish of Gazeley (Gaysle), with a messuage in the vill of Nedham, lying next to the messuage of William Berelowe, abutting on the highway and lying next to the Derenyngge road; of the land in the crofts, 3.5 acres lie at the upper part next to the land of William Sperlyng, abutting on the said Walter's messuage; half an acre lies in another croft, next to William Sperlyng's land, and abutting on his messuage; 1.5 acres lie on Gayslehel, next to the land of William Sperlyng, abutting at both ends on the land of the Earl of Gloucester; 1 acre lies in Heynhowe next to the land of William Sperlyng, abutting on the land of Robert (Smith) 'Fabri'; in Merebak lie 1.5 acres, next tot he land of William Sperlyng, and abutting on the land of John Crystemasse; in Punchefeld lie 3 acres at the upper part next to the land of William Sperlyng, and abutting on the land of Humfrey of Lacforde; in Wytefeld lie 3.5 acres at the upper part, next to the land of William Sperlyng, and abutting on the highway; in Weyercroft lies half an acre next to the land of William Sperlyng, and abutting on the highway; half an acre in the same lies next tot he land of William Sperlyng, abutting in land of Walter Persoun; 2.5 acres lie next to the land of William Sperlyng, and abut on Suht Heth; one acre, next to and abutting on the land of the same; in Karemere lie 1 acre and 1 rood, next to the land of William Sperlyng, adn abutting on 'Karemere pettes'; in Hauedlond lies half an acre next to the land of William Sperlyng, and abutting on the land of Robert (Smith) 'Fabri'; in Mereback lies 1 rood next to 'le felde weye', abutting on the land of John Kersoner. With these lands is the right of foldage bought from Alexander le Beneler of Gazeley (Gaysle), in the fields of Gazeley (Gaysle), Needham Street (Nedham), and Kentford (Kenteford).
