II.] stating that in the late King's time Henry, bp. of Norwich , had applied for a commission of oyer and terminer, concerning divers trespasses said to have been committed by the men of Lenn, and for which the town had been laid under an interdict, praying the King not to grant the same, but to hear the cause in his own court.
