I, 1633, to James Wathen, then of the parish of St John the Baptist, Bristol, shoemaker, deceased, formerly husband of Mary Wathen, of a messuage in Christmas Street, parish of St John the Baptist, Bristol, with all goods, implements and household stuff listed in a schedule annexed, being a lease for 21 years by (1) to (2) of the premises (with a schedule of fitments attached) (Mary Wathen made her mark).
