TOLLESHUNT-KNIGHTS. John de Berwoldone grants to the church of St. Mary and St. Nicholas of Tippetree in frankalmoigne the whole of that land which Roger de Waram held of his father ("pratre") in the parish of Toleshunt-Knights (milites). (c. 1220.)

Henry, son of Richard the gate-keeper ('Hostiarius') grants that the prior of Typtre shall pay to Geoffrey the gate-keeper 2s. of annual rent which was accustomed to be paid to his father by the said prior for a certain tenement which is called 'Munchesland' in the village of Tholsunt-militis. (c. 1240-50.)
