WINSTER. Indenture witnessing that William de Birchover demises to Richard Gerard and Agnes his wife 3 messuages, half a bovate of land, 3 acres of land, with a meadow adjoining in Wynster, paying annually for the same 17d. of silver. Dated at Winster the Thursday next after the feast of the beheading of St. John the baptist, 8 Ed. III.

Richard Gerard grants to William de Birchovere three messuages, the half of one bovate and three acres of land in Wynster. Also he gave the same William all his goods moveable and immoveable in the same tenement at the time of the making of this charter.
