AGECOTE. Sir Walter de Hyda grants to Roger de Mulent, bp. Cov. and Lich. , the whole of his land which he has in a tenement of Agecote, with messuages, rents, and services, to hold the same for ever of John de Englefeld and his heirs, paying annually to the said John and his heirs one clove; for which concession the said Roger gave 20 marks sterling.
