Indenture made 9 March, 1744, being a lease from John Tabor, gent. and Amy his wife, widow of Thomas Rawlinson , deceased, and Richard Rawlinson, LL.D., to John Seely Oldham, yeoman, of a messuage or farm called Heathcott in Wasperton, in the occupation of James Lunn , for 21 years, at an annual rent of £160 to the said John and Amy, and to the said Richard one chine of bacon.
