VIII, by which the lady Margaret, countess of Salisbury , demises to William Alston of Newton, in the co. of Suffolk , her manor of Newton, alias Newton Hall, for 21 years, he paying an annual rent of £19 12s. 0½d, and gathering and paying over other rents amounting to £10 7. 11½.
