VII, between John Bustard and John Billyng , plaintiffs, and Charles ..., and Agnes his wife, defendants, by which the said Charles and Agnes acknowledge certain lands, messuages, &c. in Dedington, Clyfton, and Hampton to belong to the said John and John, for which they gave to the said gave Charles and Agnes 100 marks of silver.
