Coddenham (?) Edmund de St. Clano of Coddenham (Codenham) grants to the prior and convent of the church of the Holy Trinity of Gyppewic', and their successors and assigns, that they may have a free way with horses and carts and of every kind of animal in the whole of his way which lies before his gate, which extends itself from the tenement of John Wistlepays towards the tenement formerly Ralph Sundai's, without any impediment. Dated at Coddenham (Codenham) the Thursday next after the feast of the Circumcision, 16 Ed. III (2 Jan. 1343).
