Alice Mymecan grants to Thomas Nextebury of Watureton , one messuage in St. Mildrith's parish, Oxford, near the tenement of the abbot of Oseney on the east part, to hold for the term of her life. Witnesses. Richard Selwode, then mayor, Adam le Longe and John Treulove , then bailiffs of Oxford. Dated at Oxford the Thursday on the feast of St. Andrew the apostle, 20 Ed. III.

Cutslow Royal Licence for the exchange of lands between the Abbot and Convent of Oseney and the Prior and Convent of St. Frideswide. ⟨12 Oct. 1376.⟩

Water Eaton. William, son of Robert le Frankelain of Wateretone grants the miller's acres to William de Glorie. c. 1300.

Letters Patent that Oseney may acquire land in mortmain in Oxford, Hampton Gay, and Water Eaton. April 20, 1385.
