Confirmation of Magna Carta by King Henry III. Dated at Westminster 11 February, 9th of his reign (1225).

Richard, the prior, and the convent of the Holy Trinity, London, grant to Agnes, the prioress, and nuns of St. John of Haliwell, all the lands which Richard de Lefstonescherch held of them in the village of Alsewik. Dated the 4 Non. of August, 1239.

Adam de Sumery grants to Henry fitz 'filio' Fenner of London , in exchange for the lands held by an annual quit-rent of a pound of pepper, a quit-rent of 31 pence, that Nigel, son of the priest was accustomed to pay for the land held of the said Adam. (c. 1210-12.)

John, son of Thomas de Padusovere(?) of Wychio , grants to Joan his sister the whole of a tenement with appurtenances, at an annual rent of 3s. (c. 1290-1300)

Robert Moys grants to the lady Lucy Deros for 2s. an annual rent of 2d. (c. 1250-60)

Robert de ... grants to Thurstan de Brailesham one ... of land in Todingeword, the latter giving to the grantor ... to his wife Milesentie 12d., and to his son and heir John sixpence. (c. 1220.) [Partly effaced.]

Mutilated grant from William ... to Juliana Wai . . .of 2s. 6d. annual rent. Dated at ... 25 Ed. I.

WYKE. Robert de Burton grants to Muriel his sister the whole of his land which Christiana his mother gave to him in Wyke rendering to the King the service due from that land in the vill of Onleistune. [Mutilated.] (c. 1230.)

A quit-claim by Am... to sir Simon Peche for money which was accustomed to be received of John Undeman , her brother. (c. 1260-70)

Felicia, who was the wife of William monk (monachi) , quitclaims to John de Henstesheia one acre of land above Torneye, and half an acre of meadow in the island, extending into Northhe, which John gave her in dowry on the part of his brother Henry; for this quit-claim the said John gave 9s. 4d. (c. 1230-40.)

Reginald of the church grants to Richard le Ter one croft of land which lies between the land of the church viz. that which belongs to the vicarage, and the land of Robert, son of Robert the smith , which the said Reginald bought from Simon de Ecclesia; paying annually 8d. (c. 1220-30.) Witn. Towra, (sic) vicar, Ailred de Fuglesdene [etc.] Blackeman Lester.

Much mutilated and partially effaced exemplification by Stephen [Langton] archbishop of Canterbury of a papal grant concerning the privileges of the Premonstratentian order. [c. 1220]

William ... grants to Juliana Wall (?)2s. 6d. annual rent going out of her tenement del Oure (or Eure); and also of some other property, reserving an annual rent of 2s., for this she paid 7s. sterling. Dated on the feast of St. Lucy, virgin, 25 Ed. I. [Mutilated.]
