Indenture made between (1) Henry [Hyde], earl of Rochester, and (2) Sir Sebastian Smythe of Oxford, knight, reciting a lease for 99 years dated 30 November 1715, a lease for xxx years by (1) to (2) of a messuage and lands in Little Langley in the forest of Wychwood and parish of Shipton under Wychwood (endorsed: 'Lord Rochesters Lease to Sir Sebastian Smythe. 10 September [1714].
