Indenture made between (1) Sir Sebastian Smythe of Oxford, knight, and Dame Grace his wife, and (2) Thomas Hawkes of Oxford, victualler, being a lease for 7 years of a tenement in the parish of St Martin, Oxford, comprising various rooms, listed in the lease, with a schedule of fitments attached (Thomas Hawkes made his mark).
