Indenture made between (1) James Lambole of Sherborne St John, Hampshire, yeoman, and (2) Sir William Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, baronet, reciting a lease for 10 years dated 19 May 1740, by (2) to (1) of lands in Sherborne St John, then in the tenure of Samuel Dedman, being a surrender by (1) to (2) of that lease. .
