Articles of agreement. Sherborne St John (Hampshire). 1728, Feb. 12. Indenture (copy) made between (1) Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, baronet, and (2) Samuel Dedman of Pamber, Hampshire, yeoman, reciting a lease for 12 years dated 23 August 1717 by Sir Brocas Gardiner to Robert Butler of Sherborne St John, Hampshire, concerning a messuage and lands in Sherborne St John, being articles of agreement that Samuel Dedman would enter into a similar lease from Sir Brocas Gardiner for the premises.
