Indenture made between (1) Jane Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, widdow, and (2) Sir Brocas Gardiner of the Inner Temple, London, being a bargain and sale by (1) to (2) of the manor of North Fareham alias Roch Court, Hampshire, with the manor house called Roch Court, and lands in North Fareham, South Fareham and Wickham, Hampshire, and messuages and lands in Sherborne St John, Bramley and Pamber, Hampshire.
