Indenture made between (1) John Thorner of Kings Cleere, Hampshire, and Jane his wife; (2) Sir William Gardiner of London, baronet and Dame Jane his wife; (3) Francis Gregg of St. Clement Danes, Middlesex, gent., Abraham Downing of St. Clement Danes, Middlesex, serjeant skinner to the King and Thomas Willoughby of Kings Cleere, Hampshire, gent., being a covenant by (1) and (2) to (3) concerning lands in Bramley, Hampshire; Sherborne St John, Hampshire; (signed and sealed by John Thorner; Jane Thorner; Sir William Gardiner; Jane Gardiner; Francis Gregg; Abraham Downing; and also presumably sealed by Thomas Willoughby).
